WAKE UP:
I mean its high time that we wake-up! By we I mean, we the youth of India.
Are we all so selfish that we have stopped thinking about anyone but ourselves!?All we want to do is study;try for good grades;and fly out of here to settle somewhere, where we are treated as third citizens?Grab big pay cheques and be happy with our lives? And when someone asks us why we left our own nation for this country;the only answer we have (just like many others)is that "'arre,mera bharat mahan' ye sirf ek nara hai, jo abhi sunne ke liye bhi achcha nahi lagta!"
"There is no hope in our country!India has gone to the dogs!"
Well,I say-WAKE UP before its too late for you to realise it.If you think apne desh ka kuch nahi ho sakta then you have to do something about it!And that something does not mean getting out of this country as soon as possible!It means getting your arses off the cushioned sofa and acting towards the betterment of our nation.
I have heard many people complaining about how dirty India is!How our 'government' doesn't do anything to keep the place clean.But hey,I say, have YOU made an effort to keep the place clean?By the simple act of not throwing your garbage outside or anywhere on the road,you can save a lot!Just imagine if everybody threw their waste in a garbage bin (which you will find at every corner of the street),then walking on the roads will be a pleasure.The most disgusting part is that we feel proud of littering on the streets! "raste pe pheka nahi to Indian nahi." Does this line sound familiar?Yes, it will be because you must have said this at least once in your life!
We keep complaining that India has gone to the dogs!All politians are corrupt!"vote kare to kis ko?Salle ek se badakar ek harami hai." Agreed no one is a mahatma today.But not exercising a vote is the dumbest,stupidest,and the most ignorant thing one can ever do!
When you are a kid,you hear that you the future of your nation;but as you grow up you realise that people above sixty(60)years of age are the only people who have been controlling the past,the present,and the future of our nation!Well,that is right.The majority of our leaders are above sixty-five(65)years of age and are also uneducated.Mind you they are not illiterate;they are uneducated!But hey,don't you think you can change this by acting towards it,and not just sit complaining?
So,cast a vote.Be civically aware.And ofcourse,be POLITICALLY AWARE!One doesn't even know the sheriff of their city!Stop being proud of it and work towards getting to know your nation better.WAKE UP NOW or else you are just going to waste your life!Act now,bring a change in others' life.Think the national interest.
DON'T let your life be just another life-which was born unknown to the world and will die unanamious with your family to shed a few tears and then slowly forget all about you!Be DIFFERENT and do something DIFFERENT for yourself and your nation,your country!
